When unpacking a Pack and Send for SigmaTUBE SW use the following steps:

1.  Select Tools>SigmaTUBE>Configuration>Pack and Send
   
2.  When presented with the Configuration package form, Select Import
   
3. Select the zip folder received from the customer in the windows file explorer and select  Open 
4. Highlight the recently imported zip file.
     
5. Select Unpack
     
6. Once that has been selected you will be presented with the following window
   
   1. Selecting Current User will overwrite the currently logged in user.
   2. Selecting New User will create a new user login for SigmaTUBE SW. This is typically the best option when trying to diagnose an issue with a customer. NOTE: When entering a new user name spaces cannot be applied. Use either “underscore” (_) or “dash” (-).
   3. Ensure that all files needed to import for settings and everything are set.
   4. Select Unpack
   5. Select Close
7. Once the Configuration Package Form has closed you will need to do the following:
   1. Select Tools>SigmaTUBE>Configuration>User Profile
   2. When the SigmaTUBE User Profile window appears:
      
      1. Select the newly created user profile
      2. Select Login As and select OK
         
      3. Selecting the Login Option will allow to start SigmaTUBE SW with a User/No User/Ask User. When Ask User is active this will prompt for a user on startup. 
      4. Apply will apply the current user settings
      5. Close closes the dialogue box.
